Cancellation Policy

Flexible cancellation and payment policy when booking directly with the establishment.
Please contact us if you require further details.

A 50% deposit is required within 24 hours of booking; the balance is due 14 days before arrival.

Less than 14 days, full payment is required within 24 hours of making the booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

<14 days prior to arrival - no refund payable

Day of check-in - if the guest doesn't show up, they will be charged the full price of their booking

An admin fee of R350 applies for all cancellations

You can still enjoy a leisurely stay at any of our establishments.

You can also book all your future accommodation at all our establishments.  Should you however be unable to travel due to continued national or provincial restrictions, we will refund you, less the admin fee.

Our hope is that we don’t experience another Lockdown that prevents travel. Should this be the case, we are willing to postpone your booking to an alternate date if at all possible. Alternatively, a voucher would be issued to the full value.

In the case of you postponing your booking and there is a rate change at the time of your new booking date, the balance will be payable.

Only in exceptional cases will a refund be given.
