Cancellation Policy

PAYMENT TERMS

At booking: 25% is payable within 24 hours to secure your reservation.

14 days after booking: a further 25% is payable, bringing the total paid to 50%. If your arrival date is sooner, this is payable 30 days before arrival instead, whichever comes first.

30 days before arrival: the remaining 50% balance is payable.

Booking within 30 days of arrival? Full payment is required within 24 hours of booking.

No on-site payments are accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancelling 30 days or more before arrival
All payments received are refunded, less a R1,000 administration fee and any bank or card charges.

Cancelling less than 30 days before arrival
The full booking amount is payable and non-refundable.
If we are able to re-let the apartment for your cancelled dates, you will receive a credit towards a future stay for the amount we re-let it for (up to the amount you paid), less the R1,000 administration fee. This credit is valid for 12 months.

No-show
If you do not arrive on your check-in date and have not cancelled, the full booking amount is non-refundable.

Need to change your dates?
Please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to move your booking to new dates, subject to availability and the rates applicable to those dates. Date changes are at our discretion.

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS

Bank or card processing fees are deducted from any refund.

An administration fee of R150 applies to all breakage deposit claims.

No refunds are given for weather, sea conditions, construction noise or other circumstances beyond our control.   

We recommend taking out travel insurance.
