Cancellation policy

Flexible cancellation and postponement policies are possible when booking directly with Beachfront Apartments.
Please contact us for more information.

A 25% deposit is required within 24 hours of booking; and then 25% balance due 30 days before arrival.

Final balance due 14 days before arrival

Less than 14 days, full payment is required within 24 hours of making the booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

>14 days prior to arrival - full refund of the deposit

<14 days prior to arrival - no refund payable

Day of check-in - if the guest doesn't show up, they will be charged the full price of their booking

An admin fee of R1000 applies for all modifications or cancellations
