Flexible cancellation and payment policy when booking direct with the establishment.
Please contact us if you require further details.

50% deposit required within 24 hours of booking, balance due 14 days before arrival.

Less than 14 days, full payment required within 24 hours of making the booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

<14 days prior to arrival - No refund payable

Day of check-in  - if the guest don't show up they will be charged the full price of their booking

Admin fee of R350 for all cancellations

You can still enjoy a leisure stay at any of of our establishmments.

You can also book all your future accommodation at all our establishments.  Should you however be unable to travel due to continued national or provincial restrictions, we will refund you less the admin fee.

While our hope is that we don’t experience another Lockdown that prevents travel, however should this be the case, we would be willing to postpone your booking to an alternate date if at all possible. Alternatively a voucher would be issued to the full value,

Please note that should you postpone your booking and there is a rate change, you will be required to pay the additional fee.

Only in exceptional cases will a refund be given.
