Booking Terms

Minimum of 3 nights’ stay depending on the season
25% deposit required within 24 hours of booking, balance due 14 days before arrival
Bookings less than 14 days are required to pay in full when making the booking.
Cancellation: 14 days or more prior to arrival - Full refund less admin fee of R500
14 days or less prior to arrival - 50% of the total will be charged
No shows - if the guest doesn't show up they will be charged the full price of the entire stay.
Should a guest wish you extend their stay, a minimum of 48hrs is required subject to availability and payment. No guest may stay on without making payment in advance.
If a guest checks out earlier than required, the unused nights are forfeited. Vouchers may be offered depending on the situation. A full refund in not guaranteed unless for exceptional circumstances.

Two Bedroom Apartments 14 Skiathos / 25 Martinique: Breakage fee of R1000 (refundable) plus a once off exit cleaning fee of R550.
Three Bredroom Apartments: 5, 7, 11, 14 Skiathos and 25 & 35 Martinique Apartment: Breakage fee of R1000 (refundable) plus a once off exit cleaning fee of R650.
17 Skiathos Penthouse & 13 Chakas Terrace : Breakage fee of R1500 (refundable) plus a once off exit cleaning fee of R750.
