Terms and Conditions

• No smoking in the apartments only allocated areas
• No bait or fresh fish to be stored in fridge (use your own cooler box)
• No RAGE OR GROUP BOOKINGS - no under 21 years without and adult supervision 
• No loud music between 23h00 - 07h00
• No climbing on the balcony railings - young children to be supervised at all time (including pool area)
• Maximum number of people may not be exceeded  (No extra guests allowed with prior permission)
• No third party bookings.
• The apartment is serviced every alternate day (bathroom cleaned, beds made, kitchen cleaned) for stays of 3 nights or more. No service on a Sunday or Public Holidays unless prior arrangement.

 NB: Should you not require the Housekeeper's services, please arrange with the Host directly, and not with the Housekeeper.
