This stunning beachfront apartment is situated on the 3rd floor of the popular Martinique complex, offering breathtaking sea views and convenient access to the beach. It accommodates up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The bedrooms include a king-size bed, a double bed, and 2 single beds. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and leads to a small laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The open-plan dining area and lounge feature a Smart tv with DSTV, Netflix, YouTube and the Wi-Fi is uncapped. Enjoy the magnificent ocean and communal pool views by stepping onto the spacious balcony, accessible from the lounge or one of the bedrooms. The balcony is equipped with a private gas braai and patio furniture for your convenience.

Booking Terms

Minimum of 3 nights’ stay depending on season
50% deposit required within 24 hours of booking, balance due 14 days before arrival
Bookings less than 14 days are required to pay in full when making the booking.
Cancellation: 14 days or more prior to arrival - Full refund less admin fee of R500
14 days or less prior to arrival - 50% of the total will be charged
No shows - if the guest doesn't show up they will be charged the full price of the entire stay.
Should a guest wish you extend their stay, a minimum of 48hrs is required subject to availability and payment. No guest may stay on without making payment in advance.
If a guest checks out earlier than required, the unused nights are forfeited. Vouchers may be offered depending on the situation. A full refund in not guaranteed unless for exceptional circumstances.

14 Skiathos Apartment: Breakage fee of R1000 (refundable) plus a once off exit cleaning fee of R500.
5 Skiathos Apartment: Breakage fee of R1000 (refundable) plus a once off exit cleaning fee of R600.
17 Skiathos Penthouse: Breakage fee of R1500 (refundable) plus a once off exit cleaning fee of R700.
32 Martinique Ground floor apartment: Breakage fee of R1000 (refundable), plus a once off exit cleaning fee of R600.
*Pet fee (once off) R500
36 Martinique Ground floor apartment: Breakage fee of R1000 (refundable), plus a once off exit cleaning fee of R600.
