Booking Terms

Check In: 15h00 - 20h00.
Check Out strictly by 10h00

Minimum of 3 nights’ stay depending on the season 

25% deposit required within 24 hours of booking, balance due 14 days before arrival

Bookings less than 14 days are required to pay in full when making the booking.

Cancellation: 14 days or more prior to arrival - Full refund less admin fee of R500

14 days or less prior to arrival - 50% of the total will be charged

No shows - if the guest doesn't show up they will be charged the full price of the entire stay.

Should a guest wish you extend their stay, a minimum of 48hrs is required subject to availability and payment. No guest may stay on without making payment in advance.

If a guest checks out earlier than required, the unused nights are forfeited. Vouchers may be offered depending on the situation. A full refund in not guaranteed unless for exceptional circumstances.

Not included in the nightly rate

Two Bedroom Apartments 14 Skiathos  / 25 Martinique: Breakage fee of R1000 (refundable) plus a once off exit cleaning fee of R550.

Three Bredroom Apartments: 5 & 7 Skiathos and 32 & 36 Martinique Apartment: Breakage fee of R1000 (refundable) plus a once off exit cleaning fee of R650.

17 Skiathos Penthouse: Breakage fee of R1500 (refundable) plus a once off exit cleaning fee of R750.

All Guests agree to abide by Body Corporate RULES at all times

NOTE: Surveillance camera at the entrance to the apartment, to monitor arrivals and departures only.
