The studio apartment can accommodate up to 2 adults, plus an infant (on request). The unit comprises an exceptionally well designed open-plan kitchen, bedroom and dining area that flows into an outdoor patio with gas and charcoal weber barbeques. There is well-sized bathroom and air-conditioning throughout the apartment.
The studio comprises a comfortable queen size bed, dining table and chairs and a well equipped kitchen. There are garden and sea views from every area. A 43" TV is provided with DSTV premium and your favourite streaming service. Guests can watch TV from all areas within the main studio: kitchen, bedroom and dining. An overhead fan together with air conditioning ensure you are always at a comfortable temperature.
The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering with an electric stove, combination microwave, air fryer and convection oven, toaster, kettle, fridge with a small freezer and fully stocked with utensils, crockery and cooking accessories.
The best feature of all is the beautiful private garden patio area on the edge of the sea cliff. You will completely relax with the sounds of the waves crashing below as you work out your next delicious meal to be cooked on our gas weber and charcoal weber. The outdoor dining table seats 4 people so that you can entertain some friends if you wish.
The apartment is serviced daily except for Sundays and public holidays.
The Santorini estate has direct access to two stunning beaches. The first being the beautiful Perissa beach immediately in front of the apartment, which offers privacy for Santorini guests even though it is next door to Ballito's main beach. Perissa beach has a small tidal pool and offers swimming although there are no life guards. The second option is popular Thompson's Bay beach which features the picturesque hole-in-the-wall and a 100m long tidal pool with colorful fish for hours of tranquil, safe snorkeling.
The unit is within walking distance of shops, restaurants and Ballito's main beaches. The Simbithi golf coarse is next door to Santorini, while the Zimbali and Umhlali golf courses are a 10 minute drive away. King Shaka International Airport is a 20min drive from the estate.
