2026 BOOKING SEASON RATES

Each of our beachfront holiday rental apartments features unique seasonal rates tailored to the property. Pricing per night will be clearly indicated on each listing to help you find the perfect stay.

We also use dynamic pricing, which adjusts rates frequently based on demand and availability. This system often benefits guests by offering lower prices during less busy periods, making it easier to enjoy your holiday at the best possible rate.

PEAK SEASON
December & January - High Season
- Minimum stay: 10 to 14 nights
- Booking slots generally available for stays of 10 to 14 nights including Christmas (check-out by December 27th) or including New Year's Eve (check-in from December 28th)
- Alternative arrival and departure dates must include Christmas and New Year's Eve
- No arrivals or departures allowed on Christmas Day or New Year's Day

MID SEASON
- Includes Provincial Private and Public School Holidays and Long Weekends
- Minimum stay: 3 to 5 nights

LOW SEASON
- All dates outside of Peak and Mid Season periods
- Minimum stay: 2 - 3 nights
