Cancellation policy

Flexible cancellation and postponement policies are possible when booking directly
with Beachfront Apartments.
Please contact us for more information.

A 25% deposit is required within 24 hours of booking; and the remaining 25% balance is due 30 days before arrival.

The final balance must be settled 14 days before arrival prior to arrival.

For bookings made less than 14 days before arrival, full payment is required within 24 hours of booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

14 days before arrival: Full refund of the deposit minus R1000 admin fee

<14 days before arrival: No refund payable

Day of check-in: If the guest fails to show, the full booking amount will be charged

An admin fee of R150 applies to all breakage deposit claims

A bank fee will be deducted from refunds of cash deposits or card payments

No refunds for enviromental conditions or construction noise that is beyond our control.
